This project involved the renovation and rebranding of the former Nick and Tony's Chop House into Spencer's, the signature brand standard restaurant of Hilton Corporation. Located in the lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn in Omaha, Nebraska, the design incorporated new bar seating, new bar design, new finishes throughout the space, and the creation of a private dining room.
