This property was developed as a showcase building for the client and was viewed as an opportunity to reintroduce the concept of timeless, grand architecture to the Madison rental market. Brownhouse's design concept is centered on a creating a traditional Tudor grand manor with all of today's modern conveniences, including unobtrusive below ground parking. No detail was overlooked at this brand new luxury apartment community. The interior employs impressive design finishes to add depth and warmth to the spaces with detailed mouldings, fireplaces, and vaulted ceilings. For the exterior, Brownhouse used quoins on the corners, rustic, split-faced masonry and interesting recesses and layers within the facade.
