These clients were looking for a cosmetic renovation for their newly purchased existing lake front home. They wanted to create a retreat where they could enjoy their new status as empty-nesters, and also incorporate appealing elements their son could enjoy during his visits home.

Brownhouse created new furniture groupings, built-in cabinetry, updated color palettes, enhanced mouldings and other decorative touches to encourage both formal entertaining and easy day-to-day living. On the garden level, a game room with a pool table and free standing bar was incorporated, along with a separate media viewing area. The space is perfect for multi-generational family gatherings. On the second floor, the master bedroom and bathroom suite were completely renovated to provide a spa-like space with lake views for the couple to enjoy.
