Brownhouse was hired to create a boutique, European experience for the patrons of this spa and salon located on the Capitol Square in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. The owner wanted to create an unforgettable, relaxing stay for their guests, and she wanted the interiors to help facilitate and reinforce the experience.
The finished design features strategically chosen elements, some of which were inspired by ancient Roman bath houses. Marble mosaic details, honed metal tiles, richly upholstered pieces and state-of-the-art Kohler spa features all work together to create a soothing and elegant space where no detail is spared.
