The client wanted to reposition the top three floors of the 174 unit, 14 story, senior independent - livng, housing tower. Brownhouse designed apartment homes with comfortable, spacious layouts, penthouse level finishes and luxurious amenities. In addition, the corridors and elevator lobbies were designed to give the feel of a luxury hotel experience.
