The Langdon is one of the five student residence halls located at the edge of the UW-Madison campus owned by Private Residence Halls. Brownhouse provided a full facilities assessment to determine the marketability of the units, the brand cohesiveness of the public spaces, food service delivery, study and computer programming needs, and building mechanicals and life safety systems. Brownhouse provided procurement services for all of the mattresses, room furnishings, and developed delivery and installation schedules.
