Lucky is located in the U Square Development - the largest mixed-use development in the history of the City of Madison. The development combines retail space, a UW - Madison office tower, an enclosed and underground parking garage and 359 luxury apartment homes. The owner wanted to provide residents with a true urban living experience unlike any other building in Madison. Three distinct finish packages were developed so the owner could capture three distinct target markets. The apartment layouts maximize the stunning views and capitalize on the project size to provide a finish level far and away beyond the competition. Brownhouse custom designed the furniture packages and worked directly with an importer to fabricate the items in China. Brownhouse also managed the procurement, delivery and installation of all furnishings.
