Lucky Apartments are located in U Square - the largest mixed-use development in the history of the City of Madison. The development combines retail space, a UW - Madison office tower, parking garage space and 359 luxury apartment homes. The owner wanted to be able to provide residents with a custom living experience so Brownhouse created 18 unique apartment finish packages that exceeded market expectations on many levels. The apartment design maximized the stunning views and capitalized on the project size to provide a finish level far and away beyond the competition. Brownhouse custom designed the furniture packages and worked directly with an importer to fabricate the items. Brownhouse also managed the delivery, procurement and installation.
