This 14-story condominium project offers luxury lake side homes in a unique urban environment. The design is intended to blend elements of contemporary design and modern fixtures with the detailed richness and elegance of a very ornate and elaborate space.

Several special units were sold as "white box" spaces which allowed Brownhouse designers to create totally personalized, custom floor plans and interior finish details. One of these homes was showcased as the cover feature story for Lake Home magazine. Brownhouse also created an elaborate set of "standard" finishes with optional upgrade opportunities. The units ranged in price from $350,000 to over $2 million.
