The Towers is one of the five student residence halls located at the edge of the UW-Madison campus owned by Private Residence Halls. Brownhouse provided a full facilities assessment to determine the marketablility of the units, the brand cohesiveness of the public spaces, food service delivery, study and computer programming needs, and building mechanicals and life safety systems.
Brownhouse provided procurement services for all of the common space and room furnishings, and developed intricate delivery and installation schedules.
