The Wiley residence has an open living area for the ease of formal entertaining and casual dining. Relaxation and livablility were the key criteria for the material selection and furniture in this condominium. Furnishings were fashioned with both Oriental and Malaysian motifs. Art was a critical component as the owners have an extensive art collection and wanted the floor plan to highlight many of their original works of art.
