The Hiebing Group is an advertising agency located in a historic building in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. They hired Brownhouse to completely renovate their garden level offices. The space is home to their creative design and production staff so it needed to function well, stimulating innovative thought and collaboration. Brownhouse conducted visioning sessions to determine the space needs, work flow and adjacency requirements, and design direction. Using 3-D modeling, the design team visually walked the client through design options and made fast changes to finalize the design plan.
