Lucky Apartments

Lucky is located in the U Square Development; the largest mixed-use development in the history of Madison. The development combines retail space, a UW-Madison office tower, an enclosed and underground parking garage and 359 luxury apartment homes. The owner wanted to provide residents with a true, urban-living experience unlike any other building in Madison. Three distinct finish packages were developed. Brownhouse custom-designed the furniture packages and worked directly with an importer to fabricate the items in China. The apartment layouts maximize stunning views and capitalize on the project size to provide a finish level that strongly differentiates this project in the local market.
