The Kuypers residence project entailed extensive renovation of the home’s first floor public spaces. The small existing kitchen was greatly expanded by removing the dining room, and the first floor was opened up throughout the dining and living rooms and kitchen. The lake view was enhanced by new French doors and can be viewed from all areas of the space. Also, beautiful, high-end appliances and amenities were selected.
