Keystone Apartments

This 64-unit apartment building was developed to replace an obsolete 1960s era private residence hall. Careful attention was paid to the surrounding architecture, and Brownhouse designed a timelessly classic building that will become an area icon. The interiors are modern with wood floors, 10-foot ceilings, free-standing islands and bath vanities, glass cabinet doors and quartz countertops. The common spaces create unexpected surprises with bright large scale wallpapers, mirrors and dramatic high-end finishes. Once again, Brownhouse set a new, high standard for Madison architecture.
