Meriter Heights

Meriter Heights Retirement Community is a 14-story property with 174 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Brownhouse provided the client with a comprehensive master plan for a total internal renovation and systems update. The project included new floor plans, a new interior finish package with timeless elements that would appeal to a wide range of audiences, and recommendations and strategies for exterior, entry sequence and common area renovations. Window replacement programs and HVAC systems were integrated into the master plan.
