The client wanted to reposition the top three floors of the 174-unit, 14-story, senior independent living, housing tower. Brownhouse designed apartment homes with comfortable, spacious layouts, penthouse level finishes and luxurious amenities. The corridors and elevator lobbies were designed to give the feel of a luxury hotel experience.
