Brownhouse provided multi-year full service architecture and interior design services for a complete remodel and make-over of the 243 unit Regent Apartments. Brownhouse created a fresh new design concept for all of the living units, including all common apartment floor corridors. Modern updated finishes and materials were used to transform an out-dated property to a dynamic modern environment. The first floor was completely gutted to make way for several new revenue producing units, as well as large community areas, a workout room, study rooms, and laundry.
