This home was purchased by a Midwestern couple as a winter retreat and second home in the Catalina foothills of Tucson. The 8,600-square-foot home was completely gutted and backyard bulldozed to make room for a casita and expanded outdoor living area. Brownhouse acquired specialty items from around the world, and custom designed millwork and cabinetry. All the furnishings were hand-selected by Laurel Brown, including handmade suzanis from Uzbekistan. This home is a true masterpiece and showcases the unique talent of Brownhouse.
